Formerly the headquarters of City National Bank, these four interconnected structures remain one of the most prominent pieces of architecture in downtown Gloversville, NY. 8 years after the building was left vacant, Bowers Development plans to fill the space with new financial services tenants. Additionally, 5,000 SF of office space will be created in the structure adjacent to the bank. We are looking forward to this new and exciting restoration project!
