The Kempf Block is a group of buildings located on Genesee Street in Utica, NY.  Prior to acquisition by Bowers, the buildings were in dilapidated and contaminated condition. Bowers Development acquired the buildings from the City of Utica and intends to restore them to productive use with an improved appearance and functionality. When completed, the first floor will house 7 retail storefronts, while 38 residential micro-units will be built on the second, third, and fourth floors. We look forward to completing this transformative project that will help nearby businesses, impress visitors, and confirm that the City of Utica is on the rise once again.
